The Manila North Tollways Corporation (MNTC) and Easytrip Services Corporation (Easytrip) signed on November 24, 2010, the long awaited 8 years-long term contract with additional 5 years automatic extension for the management and the promotion of Electronic Tolling Services on the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX).

MNTC will outsource in December 2010 the management and the promotion of its electronic toll collection products, particularly their EC Tag subscribers to Easytrip.

And more, MNTC and Easytrip will introduce in December as well the Electronic Toll Collection for Classes 2 and 3 vehicles (buses and trucks) on the NLEX. Easytrip will manage and promote this new innovative Service on behalf of MNTC through its 25 Point Of Sales along the NLEX: at Shell stations, Petron stations and MNTC Customer Service Centers.

The NLEX motorists will enjoy all the facilities and benefits provided by Easytrip like the numerous reloading facilities (with SMART, Bancnet, Metrobank, BDO, Bayad Center, NLEX Mixed Lanes at Plazas, Easytrip Point Of Sales, MNTC Customer Service Centers along NLEX, SM), the e-payment facilities (with Pancake House, Cinnabon, Burger King, Chowking) and all the existing discounts (with Burger King, Pancake House, Legend Hotel, Microtel) and new coming soon!
