It's easy to get a replacement RFID Duo. Just go to the nearest Easytrip RFID Station, bring your car and current RFID card, then request for a replacement RFID. Find the nearest station on Google Maps, Waze or via the Station Finder in our website.

This means ONE (1) RFID sticker for your two (2) RFID accounts. Right now, Easytrip is already accepting enrollments for Autosweep users so they can use their RFID in NLEX, SCTEX, CAVITEX, C5 Link and CALAX. On January 15, 2023, Easytrip users with Neology stickers (RFID Duo) will already be allowed to register their RFID to Autosweep so it can be used in SMC tollways like TPLEX, Skyway System, NAIAx, SLEX, MCX, and Star.

Easytrip and Autosweep require two separate wallets currently. You still need to load both accounts separately

If you are having problems with your Autosweep RFID, we recommend having your RFID replaced with an Easytrip sticker and register it to Autosweep so you can still use 1 RFID for MPTC and SMC tollways. Please note that subscribers still need to maintain 2 RFID wallets.

Only Autosweep personnel are allowed to remove their RFIDs. Please consult Autosweep on this inquiry

No, only your sticker will be interoperable; the RFID can be read both in MPTC and SMC tollways. You still have to maintain two separate accounts and load wallet.

You may enroll your latest Easytrip RFID (Neology sticker) to have an Autosweep account under one sticker.

Yes, once we've created an Easytrip account for your Autosweep sticker, you can already use it at MPTC expressways.

Only our latest RFID Duo (Neology RFID) is acceptable to be enrolled for and Autosweep account. We highly suggest you have yours replaced with our new RFID duo at any Easytrip station.

Yes! Our new RFID duo is available for our Corporate accounts. Contact your Corporate Accounts Officer to set a schedule for replacement.

Interoperability is not mandatory. If you have both Easytrip and Autosweep stickers, no need to have your Easytrip RFID replaced. You can still keep both of them because subscribers still need to maintain 2 RFID wallets.

Interoperability is not mandatory. You have an option to keep both stickers OR  select 1 RFID to use in MPTC and SMC expressways. However, you will still need to maintain 2 RFID accounts -- for Easytrip and Autosweep. If you are an Easytrip RFID subscriber and want to use your RFID for interoperability, please make sure that you have the latest RFID sticker because it's the only sticker that's accepted by Autosweep for interoperability.
